Our dearly loved Sister Elizabeth Mackie OP died last night on Saturday 18 February 2023. She ís now at peace and with the One she loved and served so faithfully and tirelessly for many years. We of her community throughout Aotearoa/New Zealand are so grateful for her presence and inspiration that she was in our congregation. Our beloved Sister Mary Cecilia Kennedy OP died suddenly in Dunedin on 14 February. Sister Cecilia was in the 74th Year of her religious profession. Her smiling joy in living and wisdom will be so missed by us all, her community, extended family and the many people who loved her presence through catechetical teaching in Queenstown and Cromwell. May she be at peace.
