Every year five Dominican charism schools meet in Dunedin to celebrate St Dominic’s Day with a mass. Participants include Sacred Heart School, St Mary’s School Kaikorai, St Joseph’s Cathedral School, the senior class from St Mary’s School in Milton, and the Year 7 classes from Kavanagh College.
This year we had another amazing celebration. Father Kevin Toomey o.p. presided with Bishop Colin and our parish priests. We were joined by many of our Dominican sisters, the Dominican sisters’ leadership team, Dominican lay people and family and friends.
