Sharing the news that Joan Bennett, one of our Dominican sisters died in Dunedin early Friday morning. Joan taught at St Dominic’s College, Henderson and looked after the boarders there. She loved her time at Henderson and kept in touch with a few students / boarders from those days.
A little later in her life she was chaplain to the Dominican Laity in the south and later still a loyal member and supporter of Dominican Family.
May Joan rest in peace. Please keep all who are grieving in your prayers.
